Whether you own, rent, or support a loved one aging in place, we provide simple adaptive equipment and home modifications that are tailored to your needs. We serve both individuals and care partners, offering realistic, affordable solutions that enhance daily living.
In addition to direct services, we lead community education efforts, including events like the Iowa State Conference on Aging, to raise awareness, share practical strategies, and support professionals and families across the state.

Home Modifications Iowa is passionate about hosting events that better support the individuals, care partners, and families we serve. Through events such as Care Partner Camp and the Iowa State Conference on Aging, we create opportunities for people to learn, connect, and better understand the resources available throughout Iowa.
We believe adaptive equipment, medical equipment, and home modifications are often the beginning of a much deeper conversation. They can reveal challenges related to transportation, caregiving, housing, health access, finances, and other social determinants of health.
