Home Modifications Iowa is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to helping older adults, individuals with disabilities, and caregivers live safely and comfortably at home. Whether you own, rent, or support a loved one aging in place, we provide simple adaptive equipment and home modifications that are tailored to your needs. We serve both individuals and care partners, offering realistic, affordable solutions that enhance daily living.

 In addition to direct services, we lead community education efforts, including events like the Iowa State Conference on Aging, to raise awareness, share practical strategies, and support professionals and families across the state.
