Home Modifications Iowa team reaches out to the individual to schedule an initial visit and learn more about the need(s).
Our team follows up with the individual to ensure installation, equipment receipt and appropriate referrals have been made.

Our budget does not typically allow for extensive home modifications such as ramps or zero entry showers. However, we can help to find suitable alternatives or connect you to community partners that can assist.
With the help of our community partners, this program is available at no cost to those who qualify.
